At Kore Outdoor, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
